I’ve spent 20 years in manufacturing.
I’ve spent 40 years watching football.
Not casually. Properly. From the stands, inside deals, around people who actually move things.
I’ve worked as an agent. I’ve seen how the game really operates, not how it’s presented, but how decisions actually get made.
That puts me in a rare position.
I’m a fan.
And I’m inside it.
Most people are one or the other. Very few are both.
That’s the edge.
The mistake most people make
They think football is built by operators.
Managers. Coaches. Executives.
It’s not.
Those people run systems.
They don’t build them.
The people who change sports understand:
-
timing
-
narrative
-
people
-
leverage
They see patterns early.
They connect things others don’t.
That’s what I do
I’m not here to run training sessions.
I’m not here to pick formations.
I build systems, and I put the right people in them.
That’s the role.
Football has always been built on the right partnerships.
The best builders are not always the day to day operators.
They are the ones who see the bigger picture, set the direction, and bring the right people in to execute it properly.
You saw it with Brian Clough and Peter Taylor.
Different roles. Clear alignment. Proper build.
That’s how this gets done properly.
Football doesn’t need another idea
It’s full of them.
Most fail for the same reason:
They try to sprint before they can walk.
They build noise before they build connection.
The illusion of success
Modern football looks healthy.
Money is flowing.
Valuations are rising.
New capital keeps coming in.
But liquidity does not equal regeneration.
A system can look commercially successful while its foundations are weakening.
Participation thins.
Clubs struggle.
The base carries more weight with less return.
That imbalance does not show immediately.
But it is always there.
We’re doing it differently
We’ve already launched the first commercial layer.
13M+ impressions.
Real audience. Real momentum.
This isn’t theory. It’s signal.
Now we’re structuring the football side properly, built with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
This isn’t being rushed.
It’s being built in phases. Each part proving the next.
Starting from the right place
Most systems try to start at the top.
Big names. Big spend. Instant visibility.
It looks impressive.
But it often misses where real value sits.
The strongest systems are built from the ground up, where the signal is real and not manufactured.
That’s where you find the right people.
Not just the most visible ones, but the ones who actually drive outcomes.
When you build from that level, you see who turns up, who performs, and who can operate without noise.
That’s how you build properly.
This isn’t about one club
This isn’t just about LA Aztecs.
It’s about building a system that can create clubs, stories, and moments people actually care about.
A repeatable engine.
The model is simple
Fans first.
Real personalities.
Clear structure.
No corporate distance.
Build something people feel part of, not something they’re sold to.
The real question is not visibility. It is viability.
Football has become very good at visibility.
It has become weaker at viability.
Long term thinking
This isn’t a short term play.
The ambition is to build something that can scale properly, a platform that supports fan owned clubs and grows into a meaningful long term business.
Most models in football focus on control and short term return.
We’re building with a different horizon.
This is not accidental
Systems do not drift into health.
They are designed that way.
Regeneration is not something that happens over time.
It is something that is built into the structure from the start.
Extraction is a choice.
So is sustainability.
Strength matters
I’m not naive about how this industry works.
I’ve seen how things get blocked, how people try to control outcomes, and how quickly narratives can be shaped if you let them.
I don’t.
I build properly and I protect what’s built.
That doesn’t mean I look for conflict.
It means I don’t step back from it when it matters.
Closing matters too
I’ve spent years negotiating in boardrooms where the stakes are real.
I’m comfortable there.
I understand where leverage sits, how timing shifts a deal, and when to apply pressure, and when not to.
I don’t negotiate for appearances.
I negotiate for outcomes.
This is where we are now
The momentum is already there.
The structure is catching up to it.
We’re not looking for volume.
We’re bringing in a small number of aligned partners who understand what this is, and how it needs to be built.
The wrong money slows this down.
The right people accelerate it.
I’m not trying to be the best operator in football.
I’m building something that makes operators matter again, and putting them in the right place to do it properly.
This is moving with or without attention.
The question is who gets involved at the right time.
If this resonates
If you understand what this is, and want to be part of building it at the right stage:
